The cement plant is on both sides of the state line as well as both sides
of the road.
Rockingham Park Blvd. at the NH 28 junction.

Signage along NH 28 and Rockingham Park Blvd. all reads "TO 38", even
though you're already on NH 38 southbound when on Rockingham Park Blvd.
The overhead sign reads "TO 38" and the small green sign is the exception
(no "TO") when telling you NH 38 runs along Mall Road here.
The bridge in the next two photos is a flyover ramp that leads from I-93
Exit 1 Northbound to Mall Road (which is NH 38).

Which way? Mall Road where it ends at Rockingham Park Blvd. Signs (not
visible) tell you that NH 28 is to the left and I-93 to the right, just not
which way is NH 38.

End of the flyover ramp from I-93 northbound. NH 38 goes left-right here
although the signs again read "TO 38" to the right. (it doesn't make sense
to turn left here anyway, since if you wanted to go that way (to NH 28) you
should not use this flyover in the first place)

An old routing of NH 38 runs from NH 97's west end on Main St. and turns left
here onto Pleasant St.

Along old routing of NH 38 on Pleasant St., approaching Mall Road, which is
where NH 38 now leaves Pleasant St.
