NH 16A End Photos

Two seperate segments of roadway are identified as Route 16A. A third segment (Segment 1) in Somersworth was decomissioned, since its entire length is either a portion of NH 9 or of NH 236. Segment 3 in Bartlett is also US 302 Business, but it is not signed as such, just as NH 16A.

South End of NH Route 16A Segment Two, at NH 16, Jackson

Junction with NH 16, 16A goes to the right through the covered bridge.

When approaching from the south, you encounter this sign that reads: "TRUCKS AND BUSES USE 16A 1/2 MILE". I'm sure that the fact there's a 16A sign shortly after this sign confused many, who don't realize there's a second intersection with 16A, which is the one they want.
