Below are some photos taken in December 1999 of the National Road (built in 1828) and US 40 (built in 1932) bridges at Blaine Hill, located at Blaine OH in Belmont County. In these photos, the stone National Road triple-arch bridge was being reconstructed because one of its arches had collapsed.
